The graduate recruitment marketplace has changed significantly over the last 18 months. This change seems unlikely to slow down any time soon. Confidence amongst commercial sector graduate recruiters has picked up measurably since 2009, whilst cost cutting within the public sector has seen it evolve from a safe haven to high risk environment within the last 12 months.
Competition is likely to be fierce as recruiters return to campus at the end of September, however, has the message graduate recruiters are taking onto campus and their graduate recruitment website changed with the times or do they still represent the graduate market of nine months ago?
